Sorry but it’s pretty even both ways. Today I was called a d**k by a Cruze-ite. I’ve never called anyone a name stronger than jerk and that wasn’t today.
I’ve seen plenty of anti-Trump posts saying I’m stupid, I have no morals and I’m the reason the country has gone to hell. When Cruzers bash Trump followers, they are bashing me.
I mock Cruz’s Christian demeanor that he takes out and puts away but have never called his followers stupid or non-Christian.
It’s not good on either side.
Some of the debate on FR got nasty but I don’t see it as all bad. We get a lot of information out there on all candidates. Freepers are smart and they back up their arguments with good information.
Just saying that from my perspective, it didn’t look like scorched earth on either side.
Guys/gals: it’s politics. It’s what happens here on FR every four years. Then, we all make up. Unless we’re strange, we don’t kiss and make up, but we make up.
I’ve been here almost 20 years and seen it many times. Honestly, I love this. I come alive on election nights because it means again we have a chance to change the future for the better. And either Trump or Cruz would do that.
