Once a Black woman told me how offended she was by the N-word. I told her I agreed, that the N-word denigrates a human being. I then told her I just used the N-word when I used the word "denigrate." I then opened up the Mariam Webster dictionary: Latin denigratus, past participle of denigrare, from de- + nigrare to blacken, from nigr-, niger black. She was shocked. I suppose the pompous PC class will now want to censor the word denigrate from all dictionaries. There are offensive words, but we have too much PC. It plays into the Alinsky Method which says, "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules." If you use salty language, for instance, to make a point, Alinskyites will nullify the argument by using their opponent's own moral values against them. To nullify the Alinsky Method, we must say they are playing games with our moral values, and we don't care about games anymore. They use civility aganist us. We stand up for principles, not how we express those principles, my Friend.

I think you have civility and would not be offended by the word, "denigrate" or even the word, "pussyfooter." I grew up and did not worry about what I said, even if there were narcissist bullies who beat people up or pulled out a knife for less. People take offense just to play games. We should never, ever be intimidated by them in speaking our mind, my FRiend. We should be free to speak the truth. And I did, knowing that I could defend myself, if they came after me for speaking the truth. Believe me, I could defend myself. You can too.
