I’ve never been to St. Louis, is that another one of those cities run by conservatives for the last 50 years?
I had a “National Lampoon’s Vacation” experience in East St. Louis. Richard Pryor’s, “Thank God for prisons,” barely touches the surface of the problem.
St. Louis needs a Republican mayor or it needs to fall into the Mississippi River and start from scratch, which is more likely to happen than electing a Republican mayor.
I haven’t been to St. Louis in over 30 years. I used to go the McDonnel-Douglas plant there quite regularly as a young engineer working for the F15 SPO. The weather sucked there 95% of the time but the people were nice and it was relatively safe. The only really bad area was East St. Louis across the river in IL.
