Its really fun to watch their heads explode when they talk “assault weapons”.
Simply respond there are many firearms chambered for the exact same cartage but are NOT painted black.
“So the color ‘black’ is the most dangerous part of an assault weapon?”
Usually they then accuse you of something.
I’ve done something similar. Laid a Ruger Mini 14 with a 5 round mag next to an AR with a thirty. Which one is the assault weapon?
Then pop the Mini out of the wood stock, put it in a black plastic one with a folder, and slap a thirty round mag in. Now which one is the assault weapon?
Hilarity ensues.
