I don't think would be constitutional if they tried to apply it to Christian counseling by a Pastor or other mature Christian given to a consenting Christian in a not for pay scenario - just Christian counseling. Seems to me it would violate the free speech, free exercise and possibly the establishment clauses of the first amendment.
I believe so, too, but they did go after the little sisters of the poor. If they’ll go after someone with a name like that, then they’ll go after anyone.
