Laws can't overrule a court decision like an amendment does.

Actually, they can. Laws have been used to overrule court decisions many times. Laws can't be used to change the Constitution - that requires a constitutional amendment.

The Supreme Court decision stands as law in the Keno case, sadly. I don't like it but the Keno decision was not in play for the Trump case.

I am OK with people attacking Trump on eminent domain. But it seems those doing the attacking are hypocrites.
