Simply amazing all the excuses Cruz supporters make for the lie the campaign made. Whether Cruz himself did it personally or just has been complicit by not reprimanding his staff, a lie is not ok and then to continue to present as a strong Christian is not a Christian principle. Too bad his supporters even deny he owed an apology and criticize Carson. Cruz himself isn’t blaming Carson.
The fact that Cruz is begging for another meeting with Carson is pretty telling. CNN was body slamming Cruz last night with a point by point refutation of his explanation about the tweets. I jokingly said that Carson has turned him into Paula Deen but that’s not so far off the mark at this point. Cruz will be lucky to come in 4th in NH and I don’t think anybody is going to beat Trump in SC or NV.
You know very well the child molester statement was an example he made of a congenital disorder, not a behavior alleged against Carson.
But, you knew that already, since you follow Trump so closely, you would know that.
TRUMP is not a yet a ballot thief, regardless of the redirection attempts you people breathlessly engage. Cruz is.
When TRUMP wrecks a campaign, it’s always noisy, up front, and in public. Cruz prefers the quiet and darker arts of heavy handed intimidation mailers and misinformation dirty tricks, to hawk for votes.

A few months ago, when Donald Trump referred to Carson as pathological and compared him to a child molester, Carson had nothing to say. He was completely impotent. And in fact, his numbers tanked shortly thereafter
What a coward Ben Carson has turned out to be. I hope he doesn’t get a single vote.

Oh yes, it was Cruz’s team’s responsibility to find out the truth. Remember, Cruz said he and is wife were friends with Carson and his wife - so yeah, they should have verified it. Spin it anyway you like, but, Cruz cheated. I can’t believe you Cruzbots defend ths horrible action, but you do,.

Honest. Three days ago I said Cruz would be in a battle for FOURTH PLACE.
I was basing that on Rubio’s poll trending, Kasich’s ascending poll numbers, and the Cruz IOWA backfire, blow up, fall out. (All those adjectives!)
I won’t be shocked he comes in FOURTH at all.
This causes South Carolina to lean in and listen to the word out on Cruz. His “Firewall” state.

Cruz was giving a speech, what did he personally do. You people say Cruz, what was Cruz, not anyone else, what did he himself do?
Cruz is giving Carson the benefit of the doubt. No way you can read what the Carson campaign said and not see a muddle. His former campaign leaders have said just that.
It isn’t a matter of whethe or not Carson is going to win - it goes to the deceit of Cruz and his staff, but, you Cruzbots think it’s okay since it was your “perfect: little candidate who i8s a liar and a cheater. It’s about integrity - which it seems Cruz lacks.

Well I don’t know about coward. In one week Carson has turned Ted Cruz from caucus winner to Paula Deen. :-)
A captain is responsible for what happens on his ship - as is a CEO or anyone else. Cruz is always railing about how you can’t rust the media, but, by golly - in this insance he trusted the media. He’s a hypocrite too.
A lot of people see things differently right now, and every one believes they are right. You and I and Cruz, along with everyone else will all face judgement before a living God and we will see. He will sort it out and it shall stand.
