As Fiorina said of Santorum when Santorum missed a pro-life event: There is no way you can question the pro-life record of Rubio (or Cruz or Santorum or Huckabee) based on missing a moment of symbolism that meant nothing in the real world.

He knows what the answer should be, and will promise anything, but never follow through.
