Eminent domain needs a public purpose for it to pass constitutional muster.
Utilities ( including energy ) roads, bridges, all qualify.
Parking lot at the Donald’s casino does not.
Are the cultists so deluded? Trump was laughing at these fools with his 5th ave shooting comment, but I actually think cultists on this site would still support him.

You might also note that it was tried in the courts and the woman won, which means that eminent domain law was folloed
But the woman, by being blind in her anger, lost $450,000 and Trump the supposed villian saved what? Maybe 100 or more million.
Point being that it worked out as it should have.
