"The Keystone Pipeline system consists of the operational Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, the Gulf Coast Pipeline Project, and a proposed pipeline expansion segment Phase IV, Keystone XL. Construction of Phase III, from Cushing, Oklahoma, to Nederland, Texas, in the Gulf Coast area, began in August 2012 as an independent economic utility." - Wikipedia.
So eminent domain for delivery of the property to an independent company is okay if it's oil related, but not if it's Trump's company.

Millions of barrels of oil daily, to be used by literally millions of people, daily, in dozens and dozens of applications, and benefitting hundreds of companies as well... as opposed to a single parking lot... ummmm, YES!!!!!!!
Trump worship is getting really deep.

So eminent domain for delivery of the property to an independent company is okay if it's oil related, but not if it's Trump's company. Eminent domain is proper for any mode of transport operating as a "common carrier" -- public highway, railway, pipeline, electrical transmission lines, etc. E.g., Keystone will transport any shipper's crude oil to any refiner's refinery.
