Sen. Ted Cruz won the New Hampshire GOP debate. Cruz managed to stay above the hand to hand combat between the desperate governors and Sen Marco Rubio and Donald Trump. He gave great answers to the ABC News moderators, some of whom spent the night fishing for sound bites that could be used to help the Democrats' eventual nominee.
Gov. Chris Christie went after Sen. Marco Rubio early and seemed to rattle him. Unfortunately Christie came across as...

TedState gives Ted the win.
Nobody else did. LOL
They temporarily love Cruz. The permanently love Bush.
Specualation as to who the winner was will be answered on Tuesday, Mar. 9 as the people
of NH go the polls and cast their ballots. Biased speculation by reporters, news
services, etc will be put to bed when the actual returns begin to come in.
It will be interesting to see polling compared to actual voting results.
Cruz won’t get 10%, just the messenger. He didn’t win, didn’t even come close, and Dead State can go to hell.
Goldman Cruz did not answer the questions,
as Mr. Trump correctly pointed out,
and Cruz’s lame excuses for having his group lies
in Iowa fall flat.
If the majority of people DON’T think Cruz won the debate, then our country may be beyond repair. If instead of intelligence, substance, facts and truth people prefer to listen to all the empty bickering and sloganeering that went on in this debate, then democracy might be failing before our eyes. If “lowest common denominator” candidates keep winning because the majority of voters are too stupid to appreciate the brilliance of the most qualified leaders like Cruz, then we don’t have much hope for turning the country around.
If you had an honest bone in your body....you don’t. You’d know Trump won that debate easily. Cruz was protected by Trump again. Carson did a great job letting America knows how little integrity Cruz has.
Consider the source.
I see Cruz as not winning or losing in this debate still in the running but no change.
I agree, when the question on immigration came up, he answered it with confidence, and with consistency throughout the campaign. I was watching it with a friend and he concurred. He was also a Trump supporter but after yesterday he was moving on.
Cruzbots have lost their everlovin’ minds. Sloganeering? How about staying on message? Winning votes? Swaying the masses? Ala... Reagan? Yes.
Actually, I think most Americans want a president who will use waterboarding and other enhanced interrogation techniques sparingly and with caution, just as most Americans want fellow Americans to have due process if the government accuses them of terrorism and/or aiding and abetting terrorists on US soil.
Canadian!
You know that history shows that a good debate is a good sound bite. Why do you think liberal christie is being cheered today?
St Anselm has 545 seat per seating chart on their site. 2 or 20 definitely not balanced distribution by GOPs. Wish we knew how many tickets each candidate got.
“Carson did a great job letting America knows how little integrity Cruz has.”
Nailed it!
Res State trying to keep the faithful, well ... faithful.
Wrong. Former Cruz fanboys have watched, and they know that he cannot win in November. Trump will win in November, and we all pray that his campaign mirrors his tenure as president. I have said that if he does ONE THING, and that is end political correctness in America, he will have saved this nation.
“You didn’t just drink the CruzKoolAid, you snorted it straight from the envelope.”
I’m a big Cruz fan, but that right there is funny (H/T Larry the Cable Guy)
That’s the difference between you and me, then. I look for substance in a candidate, not soundbites.
Christie prattling on about how being a governor makes him qualified is ludicrous. That could apply to Cuomo or Democrat governors too if it was true.
