The NFL can shove their Super Bowl. This time the wife and I are going to see a movie at 6:30. The theatre should be empty as the lemmings stare mindlessly at their TVs and lap up the latest mind numbing commercials between every play.

One of the joys of not having a TV is not knowing who is going to be playing in the Superbowl. Watching the NFL & NBA - in fact, watching MOST TV - is like opening a sewer pipe into your living room and acting interested in what smells the most.

"...and lap up the latest mind numbing commercials between every play."

Heck, the Super Bowl commercials are the only things that are worth watching ... some real classics there usually.
