Cruz was outstanding tonight and his response to the "gotcha" missile was calm, cool, collected.

I also thought Cruz really rose above the rest by not getting into the petty stuff the moderators tried to get him into with Trump at the start.

Cruz keeps showing why he is the best candidate. He doesn't get ruffled under pressure.

On immigration he was clearly the best!

I really thought he knocked it out of the park on the immigration question. Nobody else even came close.

Yes on all but especially his outlining just how many millions of illegals were "deported" by Clinton (12 million) and even Mr Compassionate Conservative himself, Geo W. Bush (11 million!)

I thought I heard JEB get the vapors at the truth of how many "loving families" his brother tore to shreds by deporting them!

Actually both presidents had no problem deporting so many millions as they knew, the illegals would merely walk or drive right back
