Also, I had some swiss chard tonight for the first time. At first, I thought it was spinach. But it was pretty good. I ate all of it.
Also had some raw oysters. They are still sliding around in my stomach.

Swiss chard is good. Cooked lightly with garlic and salt, mmmm.
My only experience with raw oysters is killing ‘em for room service at a big hotel. I felt sad as I used the ouster knife on them and sent them on their way. I’m sure they are good but not kosher. I love caviar though...
