TPA is standard enabling legislation for trade agreements since WWII. TPP is the trade agreement.

You labeling something standard does not make anything standard. If you understand anything about federal legislation you would not allow something to the floor - that is the big vote. Voting cloture on TPA for Obama - and who in their right mind would do that - is the big vote. Cruz's donors were salivating to get TPA to Obama, hence TPP. If you don't give Obama authorization then you don't have TPP... get it.

Same thing with Corker, your buddy Ted voted Corker which eliminated the 2/3 Senate treaty vote. He knew what he was doing just like TPA. First Cruz guarantees passage... then he votes against it to cover his butt with the flock. Simple
