First I would say that you have no clue what ED is really about; it’s about the public taking of private land for public use. Trump is for private taking for private use which is communist.
Second, I would not doubt that most of the land owners along the border would DONATE a portion of their land for the wall to stop the destruction and damage they’re enduring without it.

There is public taking for private development, that a lawful government believes will benefit the public.
