You left out the middle chapter where Trump's friends on a government casino board took her to court to try to get it for Donald after he gave up on buying it voluntarily. It's the only one of the three chapters that make it a 'story.' And there would have been no reason for them to do that had 'Trump let go of it.'

Yes. That’s true. The lady saw deep pockets so decided to keep demanding more, even though Trump was her offering so much more than the property’s value. It was a type of extortion on her part, figuring his business couldn’t survive without her property. She figured wrong. Isn’t there some point in “The Art Of The Deal” that says, “Be prepared to walk away”? He did. Greedy lady lost out on the big bucks and basically screwed herself.
