Ted Cruz voted for cloture on TPA which was the same thing as voting for it. There is no way for him to wriggle out.

He voted in favor to weaken Congress in favor of the TPA. There is absolutely NO getting away from that fact.
I wish is wasn’t true, but it is. You will have to learn to deal with it as well.

He voted for cloture on TPA, which is voting for TPA. Cloture is the real vote. Anything after that is just covering his butt with the voters. Voting for cloture was a big wet kiss to Obama and Ted’s donors.
