I think Trump’s expanding of Obama’s illegal executive amnesties would definitely make things worse.

I agree. The next president must be able to do the difficult things, fight the entrenched bureaucracy, and lead people away from what seems “easy”.
If not, we might as well vote for Sanders and yank that band-aid off fast. The slow-boil to socialism is inevitable if we don’t take drastic steps now.
