On her dust-up with Trump, Kelly called it bizarre because she had become “the story.”

“That was highly pleasant - yeah, I enjoyed that,” she replied. “No, it was bizarre because I became the story. He was so very focused on me. I became the story and you never want to be the story when you’re a newsperson. You want to be covering the story

Wow what BS!

I would say Megan Kelly, in the first debate, asked Trump the first question with the intent to make her the story. Her question had nothing to do with the reason for debate. I wanted to hear questions about the economy, immigration, jobs and security.
Fact is, she became the undesirable one in the story.
She has continued to keep Trump in the story to benefit her.
I do not want to watch another debate with Megan Kelly.
I don't know how she can get back a good image as a journalist.

Martha McCallum can more than fill the shoes of anyone on Fox, she has class and does not seem to adore herself, as Kelly sure does.

I’d say one should be covering more than ‘the story’ Right, Megyn? The woman doesn’t make enough to buy clothes? Some big shot, she.
