The system is so rotten that even Putin isn’t a socialist/Communist anymore. Russia gave it up, more or less, for its own type of free enterprise. ...Wrong. He is just rehashing Lenin’s New Economic Policy, even while nationalizing oil, gas and the media. He has no problem with the CPRF being 20 percent of the Duma, and recently he compared socialist and communist ideals to “the Bible”.
That is an interesting point, to bring up the bible.
I’d agree there is a commonality between themes. And the sooner we do that, the better. We have to understand why a falsehood is false.
Russia isn’t a covenant holy land any more than Australia is. The place that Putin should be boosting charitable activity in, is his very own church.
At least Lenin was a nationalist. When he adopts Trotsky's version of global communism (like we are being led to), then we'll all really be in trouble.
