Since Trump is not an evangelical, I suspect that the Evangelicals that would have voted for Cruz but have looked on Free Republic and discovered that Cruz is EVIL will most likely go to Rubio.
Personally if we are going to have a choice between lesser evils, the logical choice is:

We Trump supporters were having so much fun for so long, all summer, before the attacks and thread troll invasion.
Eventually no one wants to continue to roll over for that very long, so now we have been engaged and discourse is hopeless.
