About two thirds of it was essay and writing projects.
Part of the preparation for it is the Bar review provider predicting which subjects will be on the essay. In my case, they were right about every subject, except for one surprise.
In fact, the past essay questions from the Bar are available for years, and they sometimes get repeated in subsequent tests.
The other third is multiple choice questions that are always different.
Even if he got all of the questions ahead of time, he wouldn’t have had much of an advantage.
