What is that supposed to mean? Trump said this is what happened. The fact that ONE precinct did not get the phone call, or did not answer it, in no way means that the remaining 1,499 did not. In fact in that reported precinct, Trump had 33 points, eclipsing the other candidates, that is not how the voting ended however... Perhaps I misunderstood, could you explain your statement please??

Trump got only 25% statewide. Any rumors spread about Carson would not take a single vote away from the Trump total, it might have added a handful, if anything.
