f it wrongly changed an average of four votes per precinct to Cruz, then it looks like Trump would have won - not so “fair and square.”

Even assuming “dirty tricks” were used (they were not, see my previous post)

# 2. Why would Carson votes go to Cruz and not Rubio, who outperformed his poll numbers far more than anyone else?
