I think it will depend on how much liberals intend to win this election. A threat by either Cubans will make for some legal action. Rubio will be harder to fight, given the Obama crew came up with a US birth certificate . But that Canadian birth certificate is not going to help Cruz.

While that's always a possibility I don't see it. If the left comes after our guys, either one, than we go after zero who has much more jeopardy than either one of our Cubans.
