But they don’t have a detailed twitter trail the way Cruz does.

So all of the Trump bashers can now see that he was right.

Why because Carson did think anybody else should know he is tanking and should drop out?
To: jpsb
The thing that make me mad is that Ted Cruz knows he is not elilible going by original intent and yet he claims to be a great constitution conservative.A couple of days ago, someone posted the cover page from a motion that Cruz filed in a Broward County, Florida court asking the court to dismiss a challenge to his eligibility.
Unfortunately, I didn't save a copy of that page and it would take hours to find it again.
But it would seem that Mr. Cruz doesn't want this case to be heard in court.
If he is so confident of his status, you would think that he would be eager to have this situation resolved to remove the cloud that is hanging over his campaign.

ah.. metaphor.
Maybe the rubio and cruz and cnn took not going to NH as a metaphor for leaving the race.
To: Mercat
That certainly doesn’t justify Cruz’s tactics.

This is really disppointing, and has me rethinking my support of Cruz. I won’t support Trump due to similar concerns about his behavior, so not sure where that leaves me.

I think Trump was actually stunned by the dirty politics right out of the chute.

"A lot of Carsons staff left around the 10th of January, too. Does that make Carson a phony, too? —Or just a sad loser who had not the firt idea of how to run a campaign. Also, where were Carsons staff when that story was circulating? No one there disputed it? I guess they must have believed it too considering Carsons’ past actions" Well, if that kind of speculation is all it takes to justify your dedication to Cruz, it's your call. I now understand Cruz is a phony. He is Rubio in a different outfit. Neither has ever led and had people follow. Neither has any great project accomplishments. Neither has built anything great in the real world. They are both career politicians. Both are receiving consideration for their campaigns from Goldman Sachs.

The alternate, and much more likely scenario, is that the tweet actually reflected reality.
The actions that Carson is now taking do not reflect a candidate who intends to stay in the race much longer.

HE was first, said very different things. Why Carson is so mad at Cruz is he used it like a weapon and changed what the tweet said. Rubio did not. That is why Carson is not mad at him.

The Cruz excusers have been on every thread calling Trump and Carson stupid and making fun of them for being the victims of Ted's dirty tricks team. I don't know if that is a good tactic for the long run. Before they got caught pulling all these stunts in Iowa lots of people were already questioning Ted's “likability” and sincerity.
He does remind me a lot of Nixon... after Nixon went a little batty. However before becoming president, Nixon was a sincere guy who was a veteran who got along with other people. If you look into Nixon's history before he became president Ted couldn't really hold a candle to him. Nixon put his reputation on the line fighting communists who had infiltrated our government. Ted is a nasty lawyer who thinks he is better than everyone who has managed to offend just about everyone at one time or another. He and the Cruz excusers do not want you to look into his past because once you get past the Cruz campaign narrative... it is not very pretty.

Then why did they call him Tricky Dicky long before he was elected president?

“Armstrong Williams” the one, who weeks ago, told us Cruz was not a Christian.
To: Walt Griffith
Armstrong Williams has a formidable presence for years in the conservative commentariat.
I would not underestimate the man.

Thank you for the warning, I will flee my home now. I have known for years that I should not have used my real name here.

With the Republicans all busy savaging one another instead of the real target, you might just look forward to Hillary cackling as she waddles into the WH in 2017.
