No, they did not send a text to every precinct rep. I was there and spoke to many, many attendees to many many different locations.
There was an e-mail sent about the time the caucuses started, but I spoke to no one that saw it until after the caucus.
There was no Carson ‘news’ info at my caucus and no one mentioned it at several after-parties I attended.

Pure anecdotal on your part....
You can’t account for all 1500 caucus sites....
