Obviously you have entirely discounted the messages sent to all 1500 of the Cruz precinct captains of which there are copiess. 7:01 p.m. if i remember correctly. This WAS REFUTED by the CARSON campaign shortly before 8:00...yet at 8: 20 or later, King sent out a message reporting the first message and urging Carson support go to Cruz. This was AFTER the Carson message had gone out.
CRUZ LIED. There is hard evidence that Cruz cannot deny. In fact he has admitted it and thinks it will blow over. But it won’t blow over.

It was not cheating or lying.

It would be wrong not to report the news about Carson going back to Florida or NH.

Rest assured that if Cruz said he was leaving Iowa early and going back to Texas and not going to NH and SC you and the other Trumpeters would have eagerly disseminated the interpretation that Cruz was out.

That is what happened as a result of Carson’s inept communication about what he was doing that night and in the week to follow.

The idea that Carson’s late response around 8 somehow achieves an internet blackout on the idea that he is quitting is your LIE about this matter.

No.

I frankly still do not believe that Carson is trying to maintain a serious campaign in either NH or SC. I think that is rather evident.

It is outrageous that the Trumpeters here at FR disseminate all kinds of hogwash about opposing candidates and yet the most reasonable inferences about why Carson will not go to NH or SC are deemed outrageous frauds and deceptions.

There is a lot of lying going on here— false allegations against the conservative and successful Cruz campaign.

Rove's analysis is wrong, because he got the wrong time for King's tweet. The tweet actually occurred at 7:20 Iowa time, not 8:20, and with that his whole analysis falls apart.

Here is a link to a page that has a copy of King's tweet: http://whotv.com/2016/02/02/steve-king-tweets-under-fire-by-ben-carsons-campaign/

I'm not sure what you will see for the time stamp, because I think it will translate the time stamp to your local time (I see 8:20PM since I am in the Eastern time zone). However, if you hover over the time stamp, you will see that the tweet was made at 01:20:52 UTC, where UTC is universal (Greenwich) time. Since Iowa is in the UTC-6 time zone during the winter, this conclusively shows the actual time of the tweet was 7:20 PM Iowa time, not 8:20 PM (which Rove probably saw when looking at this tweet from Washington DC).

The other times in Rove's analysis were in Iowa time; the refutation by Carson was 40 minutes AFTER King's tweet, not before. So this pretty much nukes Rove's entire argument.
