First, I’ve heard they build mosques(per an iman on tv they are aka barracks) in places where they think they have had a jihadi victory. Second, I’ve heard the dates when they attack are chosen because they have a significant meaning of some sort. I am wondering if before they make a significant attack do they have some sort of rally, prayer group meeting, like having a top leader visit the mosque/barracks for encouragement?
