How about another RINO?
Do you want that?
There’s an icon on my screen that I can’t open.
Trump is willing to “fight to the death” in his attempt to become POTUS? Sounds extreme...and pointless, if so.
That is hilarious.
The only reason any if you are upset is to use it to deflect from your candidate’s long LIEberal record. Trump has plenty of platitudes, but nothing of substance to run on, has no real solutions to the problems and is VERY afraid of being exposed as a fraud. Carson for all intents and purposes is gone and prior tobthis was my #2 choice.
Trump lost in the debates, lost in the “birther” issue, lost on the “mailer”, and lost Iowa, and is going to lose on this one as well. Hitch your wagon to the loser if you wish, I’ll stick with Cruz despite Trump’s joke of a campaign.
They said he would not be going to NH or SC and everybody knows that is the action of a person who’s going to quit soon.

If I still had my transcriptionist’s pedal I’d transcribe it so people could see the words in front of their faces.
Nope....that’s why I’m supporting Trump.
ONLY candidate NOT amnesty PAC owned and whose positions are what we conservatives have been asking for, for years.
Actually, JimRob explains it best....

Trump wants to secure the borders, enforce the law, end anchor babies, end sanctuary cities, build a wall, deport them all, secure the borders, secure the nation, including sending the refugees back!
No one is better at border security, national security than Trump.
Sounds pretty damn conservative to me.
Want to talk about cutting taxes, cutting spending, cutting regulations, cutting government, cutting cronyism, cutting corruption, growing the economy, putting our people back to work, making America great again?
Trump does. And he sounds pretty damn conservative to me.
Want to defend God, family, guns, country? Want to build the greatest military ever so no one dares mess with us?
Trump does. And he sounds pretty damn conservative to me.
Want to build a coalition including conservatives, capitalists, blue collar workers, veterans, gun owners, religious people, minorities, freedom-loving Americans of every stripe?
Trump does. And he’s doing it. And that sounds pretty damn conservative to me!
Reagan Revolution meet the Trump Revolution.
No excuses for the tone. None needed.
What’s your point? Carson made the accusation, yes. But what was the lie? Cruz said that the media was reporting that Carson would not be campaigning in NH or SC. I’ve posted the links to the audio showing that’s exactly what they said. The Carson campaign site lists no campaign events anywhere. The Carson campaign, in correcting the “false CNN report”, never claimed that he would campaign in NH or SC but that he would leave FL on Wednesday (CNN had reported that the Wednesday event would be the National Prayer Breakfast in DC).
As far as I can tell, Carson still isn’t planning on campaigning and never specifically stated that he would be - unless he considers the Prayer Breakfast campaigning, which would bring up a whole ‘nother set of issues.
You stick with Cruz, but he’d be lucky to win any states. Maybe his home state. Trump may have change his positions, and so has Cruz, but you got a deceptive candidate. I can’t stand that.
They said he would not be going to NH or SC and everybody knows that is the action of a person who’s going to quit soon.
Nope...not everbody. Not even CNN said that....I watched....they never said “out of the race” or “quit”, when I was watching. They did say he was not going on to SC or NH, but was going to attend the National Prayer Breakfast, after returning home for a few days. At least that’s what I heard them say.
Even CNN’s news banner said:
BREAKING: Carson to take a break after Iowa
Again....no “quitting” or “out” words, there.
Most ethical folks wait until the ACTUAL campaign makes an OFFICIAL statement about whether or not they are suspending campaign, or dropping out of race.
I never said they did....but they sure did imply something was up and highly unusual...
`Trump is willing to âfight to the deathâ`
Yeah, when WE THE PEOPLE are cheated.
You`re on FreeRepublic, not Opra.
Trump made the concession speech an hour after he knew he had came in second. He was gracious in defeat. He never said he would win Iowa, the polls did. Cruz was leading in all the polls for weeks before the last poll came out and showed Trump in the lead. He came in second and won the second highest number of votes ever cast.
Then almost immediately it came out about Cruz’s tactics. First the BS official looking form threatening people if they didn’t vote for him. Then the bogus flier and tweets going all over the state from Cruz staffers saying Carson was getting and for people to vote for Cruz. This was a bald-faced lie and it’s tampering with an an official election. The bogus official looking flier with people’s names on it and their neighborhood’s name on was tampering with an election. It was then that Trump knew if he didn’t say something about all these low-life tactics no one would, so he did. Carson said today that yes Cruz apologized (after the caucus was over), but Carson also demanded that the staffer responsible for the lie be fired. Carson thinks it cost him votes. He said that unless Cruz fires someone then Cruz agrees with the tactics and lying about him.
Carson would have never brought this up. The Microsoft computers counting the votes also malfunctioned and could have been the reason Rubio got so many votes. Rubio carried only five counties and lost to Trump and Cruz in 78 of 99 counties, but Cruz almost got as many votes as Trump.
So once again, if not for Trump bringing this all up, it’s business as usual from backstabbing politicians that will do anything to win an action. We might as well be living in the PI under Marcos.
OK, here’s the transcript:
BEGIN TRANSCRIPT
Male: Ben Carson, what have we learned?
Female: That’s right, our - we should say, our Chris Moody is breaking this, this news, that Ben Carson is gonna go back to Florida to his home, regardless of how he does tonight here in Iowa. He’s gonna go there for several days, and then afterwards he’s not gonna go to South Caroline, he’s not gonna go to New Hampshirt. He’s gonna come to Washington, DC, and he’s gonna do that because the National Prayer Breakfast is on Thursday. And people who have been following Ben Carsons career know that that’s really where he got himself on the political map, attending that prayer breakfast and really giving it to B, President Barack Obama at the time. And he became kind of a hero among uh, conservatives as well as evangelicals especially. But
M: And it’s very unusual
F: VERY unusual
M: to be announcing that you’re going home to rest for a few days, not going on to the next site. Plus, he’s already announced that he’s gonna be coming out and speaking at 9:15 local
F: Mm-hm
M: 10:15 Eastern, no matter whether or not uh, we know the results, uh, because he wants to get home and get ahead of the storm.
F: Look. If you want to be President of the United States, you don’t go to Florida. I mean, that’s just bottom line. That’s the end of the story. If you want to signal to your supporters that you want it, that you’re hungry for it, that you want them to get out and campaign, you gotta be out there doing it too, and he’s not doing it. It’s very unusual.
M: Very unusual news, that CNN has just learned, CNN’s Chris Moody breaking the story. Wolf, back to you in Washington.
Wolf Blitzer: VERY significant news indeed, guys. Thanks very much.

lol. OK, now without New Hampshirt:

Yes, I not only saw the piece LIVE, I’ve also watched the video. NOWHERE does CNN ever say, “Carson is OUT of the race” or “Carson is SUSPENDING his campaign” or “Carson is QUITTING”.
NOWHERE.
Again.....an ethical campaign would wait for an official announcement from another campaign before spreading rumors of said campaign’s demise.
Let me C&P it here again:

The people I met today were laughing about Trump’s rants. I don’t think Trump can afford to be laughed at by voters...
