Donald Trump says he will probably sue over the results of the Iowa caucuses, accusing Ted Cruz of committing voter fraud to win.
In an interview on Boston Herald Radio on Wednesday, Trump criticized the Cruz campaign for spreading a CNN report saying Ben Carson would not travel to New Hampshire and South Carolina after the Iowa caucuses, suggesting Carson was getting out of the race. Cruz apologized to Carson on Tuesday for his campaign not sending out updates that Carson was doing laundry and not dropping out
"One of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. They said he was quitting the race and to vote for him," said Trump.
Asked if he would sue, Trump said, "I probably will, what he did is unthinkable. He said the man has left the race and he said it during the caucus. And then when the clarification was put out by Ben Carson saying it's untrue, they got the statement and they didn't put it out."

Maybe. No doubt Trump thinks he was cheated. I think Trump cheated himself by not doing enough to ensure a victory. He has no one but himself to look to for his loss. You want to win, you got to win. That’s all there is to it.
As far as Cruz and Rubio go, did they cheat Carson? Did they take advantage of a n00bie campaigner for their own gain?
Yep.
Depends on what time of day you ask him, sort of like his political positions...
So you really don’t find it chilling that CNN posted a retraction of their obscure former tweet in plenty of time before the caucus opened . . but it was ignored purposely by the Cruz staffers. Had Carson’s wife not been at a caucus and heard the announcement that Carson was out of the running . . we probably would never have known about their fraud.
For those not on Twitter, here is CNN’s tweet
“Ben Carson’s campaign tells me he plans to stay in the race beyond Iowa no matter what the results are tonight.”
Suing is not going to help him at all IMO, it’s going to hurt him significantly.
She hit the nail on the head.
I’m grateful to see her calling out that idiot King, who I honestly liked so much, but has now revealed himself to be a true blue politician in every sense of the word.
Like I said earlier.......
He bluffed you too, (kidding)? The veil had been rend.
Cruz will not say a thing, seriously it is not nice to pick on a sick man.....
This is such a non-story that someone is trying desperately hard to make into something. Give it a rest already.
CNN reported this. Cruz staffers picked up on it and now because Trump didn’t do so well in Iowa we’re to believe Cruz is Satan himself? I call BS. Trump just looks like a foolish child now. His supporters do themselves no good by acting like the sky is falling.
>>he is always thinking of ways to give himself an advantage.<<
Well, threatening to sue does two things: First, it’s ridiculous and makes him look ridiculous. Second, it risks bringing up his long history of suing whenever it suits him, something most voters are likely to frown upon.
You can really measure the sincerity of a Cruz critic by the level of outrage they exhibit when they go after Rubio. If they go after him at all.
Say what? Is that like the ‘girl was asking for it’ mentality?
Oh dear, what it takes to defend the righteous Teddy.
One of my high hopes in hopefully the next administration is tort reform. With Trump so enamored with running to the ambulance chasers every time he feels he is wronged, no chance of that. I really appreciated DTs original messages on the Wall and Moslems but no conservative would enhance ethanol subsidies. His big fat NY mouth is his Achilles heel.
Dont forget the visual of Donald playing with his belt buckle.
I am convinced he is insane.
I ditched my righteous indignation with the IA mailers, and I’m much happier for it. But Trump’s clan are absolutely ignoring Rubio’s scoring on the internecine war, maybe on PURPOSE? Will it take Marco coming within 3pts of DT in NH to open their eyes?
” guess we heard him wrong in that prior speech”
With all due respect, almcbean, you do need to get your stories straight before commenting. Your futile attempt to disparage Trump falls flat, since you didn’t use the correct quote. Here it is, from August 11, 2015:
‘I do whine because I want to win and I’m not happy about not winning and I am a whiner and I keep whining and whining until I win,” Trump said during an interview with CNN, adding that heâs âthe most fabulous whiner.â
GO TRUMP!
You might be aware of it but most voters aren’t, yet. Rest assured that stories like yours would be front and center at the MSM should Trump be nominated. The digging has already been done. They know they can bury him with stories of his past behavior.
Donald Trump says skipping debate may have cost him Iowa
Agree.
Maybe you could have used less crudeness to get your point across.
