Blaming overzealous staffers for the dirty trick played on Carson is just hooey...it was premeditated at the highest levels and originated with Rep. Steven King.
Nope, it originated with Ben Carson, who told CNN, who then issued a report that sounded like Carson was dropping out, and THEN it was picked up by the Cruz campaign and others. For instance, the Rubio campaign thought Carson was dropping out too, and did the exact same thing. But not a word out of Trump or the MSM about it. I wonder why?
Re-read the article, mac. Don’t just believe everything Trump says.
Nothing was premeditated (no matter how much one wishes it were), This was an honest mistake as admitted to and apologized for by the Cruz campaign.
