Good points.

I see Cruz a very close 2nd in NH to Trump, maybe even eek out a win with the infusion of Pail and Huckabee supporters.

Ted has the ground game working in a number of states. It showed in Iowa how he will win the nomination.

If Christie, Kasich, and Fiorina are all in single digits after NH, they will have to get out due to lack of funds.

Jeb will stay in it because the GOPe will do anything and everything to derail Cruz and Trump with a brokered convention to get Jeb as the nominee.

Before Super Tuesday comes along, it should be down to three. Trump, Cruz, Rubio.

Premature to say that. If Trump is still +20 by the weekend, it's not going to be close. If it gets down to +10 or so, the ground game difference may wind up mattering. Again, Cruz's main objective is trying to beat Rubio, not Trump, in New Hampshire.

Cruz is 22 points behind Trump in NH with six days to the primary. Distant second is Cruz's best case scenario there.
