I spent last weekend in Seattle attending the final weekend of the Seattle Chamber Music Society's Winter Festival, and it was wonderful. Three great concerts and a party after the last one. This time I didn't have to drive 100 miles home after the party. I stayed at the Hilton in downtown Seattle and walked from the party. (Great food and wine!)

But I no sooner got home than I developed a nasty cold. I won't be doing my usual stuff this weekend at the Canteen; I'll improvise with some classical music I heard at the festival. I'm not in the mood for the kind of research that Rockumentary requires. I'm emptying a box of tissues a day right now.
