I was thinking that’s a natural formation until I noticed the ‘3 mounds in a row’ then more ‘3 mounds in a row’. VERY ODD!
I think the mounds are in the wheel tracks - but I might be wrong. Clumps that fill up in the wheels and then drop out? That is odd the screw/bolt looking thinging in the lower left. Probably not a bolt - just a diatom.
