A competing candidate in N.H. has filed a federal court challenge. She’s a lawyer running and likely will get no votes, but .... she does have standing. That’s the one to watch.

Again, SCOTUS at this point would likely want more foreign born folks running and winning. So doubt NBC has any meaning any more.

At least 4 on the current SCOTUS would have ruled that Obama is eligible even if he was born in Kenya to 2 Kenyan parents

She filed too late. The challenges were heard back in December. Here is a typical results for a Rubio and Cruz challenge.

They used the precedent set in 2011 by Orly Taitz’s challenge and ruled that both Cruz and Rubio will be on the ballot.
