Dual citizenship is legal as long as the other country allows it, the US code is to honor the other countries wishes. For instance you can have both Israel and US citizenship with no problems, however you cannot have Indonesian citizenship and US citizenship, upon obtaining Indonesian citizenship you are required to denounce all other citizenship’s.

In Barry Soetoro’s case, his Parents ended his citizenship when they obtained a Indonesian passport for him. As a young adult at the age of 18 a child can reinstate his citizenship by registering for the US selective service at any world wide office of the US Council. Failure to register for the draft enforces the rejection of citizenship and the change becomes permanent.

In Obamas case, the fradulent copy of a SS certificate makes him inelegible as a President, and I would suspect is a felony.

In Cruz’s case, the rejection of citizenship never took place, he would still be eligible to be a President even with dual citizenship under these laws.

Yes, my friend was a citizen too, but had been told he was not natural born and could not be President, not that any of us were cut out for that anyway......

We agree on what natural born citizen means as used by the founders in Art II sec 1, but the public education system has destoyed the ability for most to understand the concepts of natural law and reason.

She filed too late. The challenges were heard back in December. Here is a typical results for a Rubio and Cruz challenge.

They used the precedent set in 2011 by Orly Taitz’s challenge and ruled that both Cruz and Rubio will be on the ballot.
