Same can be said about Trump. Cruz needs Trump to stay viable and attack Rubio.

My fear is the GOPe will get their guy because Cruz and Trump fight each other and not the GOPe candidate.

Trump would still be a major player without Rubio, the game is more difficult.
Cruz—not so much.
