That is a flat out lie. What part of the quoted Supreme Court statement did you fail to read or comprehend? “United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. said “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....”

If you are going to continue repeating the lie, I’ll have to repeat the Truth. As noted by the Supreme court and the quoted naturalization laws the citizenship or non-citizenship of the parents has nothing whatsoever to do with the inability of a foreign born child to acquire natural born citizenship. The child is not a natural born citizen because the child is foreign born in a foreign jurisdiction, and not because of the citizenship of the parents. The purported and apparent U.S. citizenship of the mother, Eleanor Cruz, qualified Ted Cruz to be eligible to claim U.S. citizenship by naturalization and only by naturalization. It is quite impossible for any person born outside the jurisdiction of the United States and outside the exclusive allegiance of the United States to be a natural born citizen, without having diplomatic immunity.
If you want to persist in repeating the lie to the contrary, it is up to you to cite the laws which invalidate the previously quoted laws.
