Pretty sure it’s a spray tan, and I wish he would stop or lighten up the tint. He looks like an Ompa-lumpa.
I watched the speech on you tube and at first - it looked like he had a tan, but then the screen lightened and he looked normal. I’m pretty sure it’s the lighting. Maybe not - who cares?
