Have you ever read “Atlas Shrugged”?
If not, I highly recommend it. It shows how crony capitalism and socialism are intertwined, with the latter providing the intellectual force for the former.
There is a 3 DVD movie “Atlas Shrugged”. It’s pretty good.
I think part III was released last year. I have the set, love it.

My wife’s degree is in philosophy.
She became a surveyor when she figgered out that philosophy is an economic dead end.
Great book, but it took FOREVER to finish it. Half the book was nothing but adjectives. Geeze. The descriptions went on and on.
I know part 1 and part 2 are out in DVD, but I'm not sure about the last, part 3.
