Regarding Fox comments just now, how can there be 150,000 turnout if Fox’ screen says 75% of the results are in and they already have 75,000 votes counted? Something’s not adding up.
So that 75% could be misleading. There might only be half the votes counted so far.

right now 65% of the precincts are reporting their votes. Those are the ones completed in their count and sending in results. They would be the smaller and less contentious.
The larger precincts with complex contests and larger vote totals report last.
So Fox must be projecting since all the live services are saying mid 65% for precincts reporting (not total of votes as they aren’t yet counted.)

75% of the precincts are in. Not 75% of the vote. While this means that it could tighten, it probably won't, since Cruz is doing better than expected in high population areas.
