Sanders is catching up to the beyotch!

I have a question. Why are there only 426 Votes with 40.6% Dem precincts reporting as compared to well over 20K votes with 18.9% Rep precincts recording. Did Iowa drive out all the Democrats?

Iowa Dems use some weird fractional voting system. Usually Iowa Dems caucus twice as many people as Republicans.

The number for the Democrats is the delegate count (delegates to the state convention, not the national convention), the number for the Republicans is the vote count.
