A search shows that nobody's opened up a live thread for tonight's caucuses. So here goes.
Predictions? For both the GOP and Dem nominations?
Eyewitness Accounts? See any funny business going on?
Then you have not been listening to Trump.
GO CRUZ!
Iowa Democrats are a good example of liberals who don’t understand how boneheaded the policies they vote for are — because they don’t live anywhere near the problems those policies create.
CNN has a map up comparing 2016 results to 2012 results.
Going out on a limb here, but the results just don’t seem right....Cruz is leading in more moderate counties and loosing more rural, evangelist counties...
Just from historical reference, this pattern doesn’t make sense.
Wondering about crossovers.....
Rubio peeled off Cruz and voters for other campaigns.
Yes, W won in 2000 with 40%; Steve Forbes got 30% and Alan Keyes 14%
McCain skipped IA, focused on NH and won big there. Of course, W got the nomination and eventually the presidency.
Didn’t help to call Iowa s “stupid” then to see that used in a Cruz ad.
This is gonna be a nail biter to the end! The Dims race is pretty damn close too!
[Yeah, I never could understand why Trump went that route because he was burning bridges way too early in the game.]
TRUMP has SARAH PALIN.
Trump is doing pretty well for an outsider, as opposed to Cruz who ‘stood up and fought for us’ and never won a single battle.
Except Cruz is doing terrible in so many upcoming states. He won't last. I'm more worried about Rubio. If Rubio survives and the media will do everything they can to campaign for him, it destroys our stand against the establishment. We all lose.
I have done something I haven’t done in years except for a few times - I have CNN on now as I couldn’t deal with Megyn and Britt - even though I’m on my computer and not looking directly at them as I was earlier.
CNN just said the Republican turnout was 150K or more, which favors Trump. Then they said they spoke with a few folks that were going to caucus for Trump and are now going for Rubio - figure that one out!
Microsoft software = completely bolloxed.
great site but as I reported, it is down right now.
That is a very profound observation
“Everyone likes Rubio.”
meh
The Dems have a different system than the GOP. It takes longer I think. O’Malley’s voters will decide if they want Sanders or hillary.
Can someone pass the ketchup? I have some crow to eat.
Good post.
The homeschool crowd school'D Trump - he needs to learn how to do a ground game ...
