Sarah Palin appeared on CNN this afternoon to explain why, despite endorsing him for Senate four years ago and being good friends with him, she dropped Ted Cruz for Donald Trump in the presidential election.
Tapper asked, "What tipped the scales?" Palin said, "It became a much less difficult decision once some inconsistencies started coming out about Cruz's position on amnesty, on building that wall and securing our jobs and our homes."
She even said Cruz would be "more of the same."

It hurts Palin more. I am very disappointed in her.
She’s Sarah Palin.
I know you support her.
I’m just saying. Leave her out of this.
(I’m trying anyway)
Damn, ‘Vet you were even up on Nixon’s crap as a young kid?
” ... saying he (Cruz) wouldn’t elaborate on his plans for them until after the border is secure.”
until after *his nomination* is secure.
Rubio and Cruz: both beltway insiders, both on board the Cheap Labor Express.
CRUZ=BAU: business as usual
It is critical to take our country back from Uniparty before they are able to turn the rest of America into a mix of Miami and Chicago.
Go Trump
But notice what you failed to do: Proving it. On the other hand, I can prove that Cruz supported legalization even after the gang of eight fight was over (which I've already quoted multiple times in this thread, so, yes, I have quoted Cruz). What do you got? You don't even have a quote where Cruz addresses legalization until as recently as December, because for 9 previous months he was saying something different.
Okay, NOW she’s gone and stepped in it. I guess I misjudged her.
I was reading the LA Times and Pomona Progress Bulletin in kindergarten. I helped a local politician campaign at 10 years of age.
Ellie Mae sold her soul.
In other words, Cruz supports STAYING
Trump supports EXITING
Now as for re-entry...it’s anybody’s guess-will he excuse identity theft,etc...
Well, minutes later, Tapper brought up Trump’s own inconsistencies, especially on an issue Palin feels very strongly about—abortion. That’s certainly as much of an inconsistency as anything Cruz is being accused of, and on a socially conservative issue.
Palin’s reaction? “I am so glad that Mr. Trump has seen the light.”
She said it’s a shame that pro-life groups who normally celebrate people’s conversions are going after Trump for his.
This is for Sarah [maybe she’s not aware of Trump’s deadly position]: http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/michael-w-chapman/trump-i-am-exceptions-abortion-rape-incest-life-mother
No, I mean Cruz’s math.
(Even Cruz’s own people couldn’t come up with one when asked — months ago.)
Sad...
He has already put up 3 or 4 direct quotes.
No moron. Logic does not demand I falsify a false statement. It demands you prove your assertion. Which you can not do because Cruz has never supported a path to citizenship for all illegals. That is the definition of amnesty. So either provide that quote or just acknowledge you lie to advance the cause of a Manhattan liberal dressed up as a conservative.
Iowa, the SEC primaries, Texas and so on. I’ve read about it in numerous articles, sorry you missed them.
Fhat’s your opinion, and opinion isn’t fact.
One on one with Trump. In Iowa it’s 52 Cruz and 37 or so Trump. Trump won’t win with Cruz one on one.
Even better how about former Braves pitcher John Rocker?
