Blackmailing Palin? LOL The Dems and the GOPe tried for eight years to get “dirt” on Palin.

Came up with nada.

What a cowardly accusation to make. Just as bad as Cruz’s twitter threat to Palin after she endorsed Trump.

So you prefer Cruz' position—just legalize them all, and let some liberal judge do the dirty work of granting them citizenship.

That's not Cruz's position.

He's for fully enforcing the immigration laws through deportations and removals. And unlike Trump, he doesn't want to expedite them back for a touchback legalization amnesty.

No it’s GOPe money behind Cruz. They need to use FR to test out their Uniparty agendas.

It’s just more special pleading from the followers of a “constitutional originalist”. Sarah would have been a Greek goddess if she had endorsed their boy.
She helped him once—for senate. She’s not now, so by their lights she’s dog meat.

Seven years ago some of the same people, to their credit, were challenging Obama’s eligibility to hold office (anyone can run) because he was probably born in Kenya, though he claimed Hawaii, knowing he was screwed if he admitted what he claimed on his applications for grants and on the flyleaf of the book that was never published (”Whelped In Kenya”)

Cruz comes right out and admits he wasn’t born in the USA (nolo contendre) but his supporters now say, “Oh pish posh! Aw c’mon. He’s the most conservative ya da ya da ya da ...”
So what’s that got to do with Article 2, Section 1, clause 5? I don’t recall reading there: *”This requirement is waived for very conservative or die-hard Marxist candidates.”

Special pleading. The problem with compromising your integrity is that it can become a bad habit.

I’m sorry, but Sarah Palin has turned into an absolute bimbo. This last stunt with Trump makes her look like she just went with the one who was willing to pay her. It reminds me of Peggy Noonan after she went to WA DC to offer her speech writing services to GW Bush and got turned down. Noonan took a job with MSNBC and trashed Bush every chance she got.

Palin inconsistencies .

Trump has bragged publicly that, as a very savvy business man, he, in plain English, bought politicians in order to use then whenever he needed their services and favors . That is the reason he gave $250,000 to the Clinton scam Foundation in addition of very generous political donations to the Clintons, la Pelosi, Reid, the communist Mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, and many other, mostly corrupt leftist Democratic politicians.

The GOPe Unipartiers that hate Donald Trump are very well aware that Trump was Number One in the Presidential polls in 2011 — over Obama’s bc — with conservatives.

Cruz pretending it is not a problem is a GOPe strategy for Jeb.

Something’s up, because at least some of them don’t have a care in the world they may be driving off votes.

They just trash the other guy as directed, and try to drive people away from the forum.

It isn’t working.

Okey, Dokey, Trumptard.

You certainly don’t mind if I call you that, right, Catsy-Watsy?

Why do you folks intentionally mischaracterize the Cruz position on illegal immigration? I mean I honestly want to know what motivates you to lie about his views.

Cruz tweet:

‘9:37 AM - 19 Jun 2013
We need to secure the border. Any bill this body passes should have border security first & then legalization. Not the other way around.’

Trump says when we get them all out, we can then keep out the criminals and parasites. My statement was accurate.

“She’s gone full clown. It’s been coming for a while. I used to love her. Now, she’s just a pathetic publicity hound.”

Sad to say, you are 100% correct.

No mischaracterization. This is his position in his own words.

Weasel words for amnesty. How many decades have we been having that conversation?

We know Trump is for a touchback legalization amnesty. Here's Trump's weasel words on a citizenship amnesty.

CNN | July 2015 | Excerpt

BASH: When you say legal, do you mean legal status or can they be eligible for citizenship?

TRUMP: Legal status.

BASH: No citizenship?

TRUMP: No citizenship.

We will see. Later down the line, who knows what is going to happen, but legal status.

(CROSSTALK)

BASH: So you're open to...

(CROSSTALK)

TRUMP: It's something I would think about, but I would say, right now, no, I'm not open to it. I would say legal status.

“The most prominent lie is that Cruz supports amnesty.”

Ted Cruz unquestionably opposed the deportation, whether voluntary or involuntary, of illegal aliens; choosing instead to find a means to legalize their continued residency in the United States. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines amnesty as “a decision that a group of people will not be punished....” Ted Cruz promoted a decision to not punish illegal aliens with deportation, which is the very definition of an amnesty. So, stop denying the obvious record in which Ted Cruz favored a form of amnesty for illegal aliens.

Sen. Jeff Sessions: ‘Big Mistake’ for Marco Rubio to Continue Supporting Citizenship for Illegal Aliens
Jeff-Sessions-Ted-Cruz-GettyGetty
by CAROLINE MAY
29 Jan 2016
593
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97%
championed the opposition to the ‘Gang of Eight’ immigration bill, and Gov. Jeb Bush’s support for legalization of illegal immigrants is slightly more tenable than Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79%
’s (R-FL) support for citizenship, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL)80%
said Jan. 29.

Bush’s immigration-policy “book does not favor citizenship” for illegals who are allowed to legally stay in the United States, Sessions said Friday on the Howie Carr Show, when he was asked about Bush and Rubio’s immigration exchange during the Jan. 28 Fox News GOP debate in Iowa.

But, he added, “Marco’s… ‘Gang of Eight’ bill favors citizenship — [and] it sounds like he still does — I think that’s a big mistake.”

The Alabama lawmaker also offered his take on accusations that Sen. Ted Cruz flip-flopped on the Gang of Eight bill. The bill was passed through the Senate in 2014, but was stopped by the GOP majority in the House in 2014.

“I thought [Cruz] did not want it to pass and as the debate went forward and he became more and more a champion against it,” Sessions said. “I said — when he came to Alabama recently — I’m not sure this bill would not have passed had he not opposed it.”

Sessions recalled how the Gang of Eight bill passed in the Senate in 2013, but Cruz was “really active” in also opposing it when it was sent to the House for consideration. “So I know he played a key role,” Sessions said. “It was close over there [in the House] and he was able to stop it.”

“I know he opposed that bill with integrity,” he added.

From a guy who was there.

Donald Trump on Monday said Mitt Romney’s “maniacal” and “crazy” policy of “self-deportation,” alienated Asian and Hispanic voters and helped cost him the election.
“He had a crazy policy of self deportation which was maniacal,” Trump told the conservative website NewsMax. “It sounded as bad as it was, and he lost all of the Latino vote. He lost the Asian vote. He lost everybody who is inspired to come into this country.”
