Watched the vid but couldnt figure out why the vilgilantes were detaining the shop lifters. Didnt think the police wanted to be involved and were playing ‘catch and release’. That and the vilgilantes were risking their own arrest.
Imo they were thieves who broke into a motorcycle dealership and were stealing bikes. The Sapo sticks indicate undercover police.
