Cruz has never made payroll. He’s a hired hand.

Well, sometimes he hires independent contractors. Then he declares bankruptcy, stiffs them, and they can’t pay their workers for the work they did.
I had to manage a payroll for 17 years and a positive cash flow. That’s why I cringe everytime I think of Cruz’s tax plan for business.
