No, what I pointed out is that the codification of rights is their rejection and replacement with government granted privileges.

Your words make no sense, and your attempt to project your confusion onto me is pathetic. As I said, study the subject of negative rights. At least get a clue about the subject matter before you try to insult me with your twisting of it.

I know that's your view, but whether right or privilege, negative or positive, in every country I can think of those rights/privileges are protected (or not) by the laws and the government.

In the real world a right that you can't enforce or protect doesn't exist.
